Building Use Fees for Members and Contributing Friends
There is no rental charge for members and contributing friends with the exception of business use, for which a fee will be determined after a letter of intent, is received. If a Facilities Coordinator is needed, a charge of $15.00 per hour is required.
A signed Building Use Agreement form is required prior to the event
*Church members may reserve church facilities for special family functions or events such as birthdays, anniversaries, or awards at no charge. A free will offering by the family to offset the costs of heating, cooling and electricity is appreciated.
Building Use fees for Non-Member- wedding and family events (A Facilities Coordinator is required and the fee IS included in the rental fee)
Sanctuary $350.00 (3 hours) with $100.00 refunded within 2-5 business days after event – Room capacity: 99
Social Hall $250.00 (3 hours) with $100.00 refunded within 2-5 business days after event – Room capacity: 50
Sanctuary AND Social Hall $550.00 (3 hours) with $150.00 refunded within 2-5 business days after event
Social Hall AND Kitchen $350.00 (3 hours) with $150.00 refunded within 2-5 business days after event
Sanctuary AND Social Hall AND Kitchen $650.00 (3 hours) with $200.00 refunded within 2-5 business days after event
Additional hours $50.00 per hour
Completed, signed Building Use Agreement Form is required with no exception.
The refund amounts will be kept by the UUUC for cleaning/ facilities damage repairs if needed. The renting party is also responsible for additional costs if the original refund amount is not sufficient for cleaning or repairs.
